The Learning Lodge II family creates an environment of honesty and trust by communicating openly and authentically with one another and respecting the opinions of those with whom we work. We listen to the needs and concerns of those we serve and respond with a sense of urgency.

We are accountable for our actions. We acknowledge and learn from our mistakes; we do not dwell on them. We ask the question “why not?” before we say “no,” with the understanding that an unconditional “yes” is not always the appropriate answer.
